Spread across 3,270 m² and three pavilions, the villa sleeps up to ten in five en-suite bedrooms. A ground-floor room in the main house looks onto the pool, two upstairs open to ocean or rice-field views, and two further rooms sit in their own building about ten metres off for extra quiet. Beds range from kings to twins and queens, several with daybeds, balconies and outdoor bathrooms with soaking tubs, all framed by garden and water. Outside, a 21m lap pool stretches beside a shallow pool for younger swimmers, with a massage pavilion set where the lawn gives way to sand and open sea. A home cinema seats up to twenty under a wall-filling screen, and the estate's all-weather tennis court, lit for night play, is shared among neighbours.
