An infinity pool with a shallow lounging shelf stretches sixteen metres along the seafront terrace, beside a living and dining area framed by the water. The house is built for groups: a twelve-seat dining table, a pool table, a multi-purpose entertainment room, a mahjong table and a barbecue, with 55-inch smart TVs and a bar area feeding an easy, resort-style flow between the spaces. Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to twelve, arranged as two master suites with king beds, sea-and-pool views and bathtub bathrooms, plus four guest rooms — and the villa can be taken as six, five or four bedrooms.
