Naithon is one of Phuket's calmest beaches — a kilometre of soft sand on the northwest coast, with a village feel, a few beach cafés and coves to explore by paddleboard. This villa sits in a small private estate on the hillside just above it, close enough to walk down, and the whole bay is laid out below the pool terrace. The airport is only around twenty minutes away. The house is built as a set of peak-roofed pavilions in the Thai tradition, finished inside in cool marble and polished timber, over two floors linked by a lift and stairs. A vaulted living and dining pavilion opens straight onto the 18-metre infinity pool, with a twelve-seat table and a smaller table for four both turned to the sea. Alongside are a guest kitchen with a breakfast bar and wine fridge, two media rooms, a sea-view study that doubles as a playroom, and a gym with ocean views. The spa room is the standout: marble throughout, with massage beds, a steam sauna, a spa shower and a large jacuzzi. Outside, a poolside sala seats eight for dinner. Six bedrooms sleep twelve, and the villa can be taken as four or five bedrooms for a smaller party. The upper master suite has panoramic sea views, direct pool access, a walk-through dressing room and a marble bathroom with a terrazzo tub, with a media room beside it that can become a child's room. The second master opens through a marble entrance hall to a balcony over the beach, with a bathtub and twin washrooms. Downstairs, four guest rooms with balconies face the sea — three king rooms with marble en-suites and a twin room that converts to a double. A villa manager, private chef, housekeeping and service staff run the house; breakfast is included daily, and other meals are cooked to order.
