Two neighbouring six-bedroom villas on the white sand of Natai Beach, around 25 minutes north of Phuket airport, taken together as a private twelve-bedroom beachfront estate. Natai is one of the quietest stretches of sand on the Andaman coast — a long, white beach north of Phuket lined with private homes and a handful of small resorts, reached through fishing villages and farmland. These two villas sit side by side directly on it, each on around 6,400 m² of land with 60 to 90 metres of its own beachfront, and together they make a rare private compound for a large family or a celebration. Both houses are contemporary Thai in style, built as a series of pavilions in teak and glass around palm-shaded lawns. At the heart of each is a split-level, 25-metre infinity lap pool with a shallow section for children, and the gardens are scattered with salas for lounging and dining, with beachfront pavilions made for sunset drinks. The living and dining rooms open fully to the sea air or close for air-conditioning, and each villa has its own fully equipped kitchen, a family room, a library and surround-sound TV; one adds a cinema and games room with a projector screen and a snooker table. Twelve en-suite bedrooms sleep twenty-four, six in each villa, every one set apart for privacy with its own garden area. Bathrooms have rain showers and most have twin basins and bathtubs; in one villa each bedroom has an outdoor granite tub. Configurations mix king and queen rooms with twin rooms, several convertible to kings, which suits families well — cots, high chairs and pool toys are on hand. Each villa has its own manager, private chef, villa attendants, groundskeeper and security, with a concierge team to arrange cars, drivers and spa treatments; breakfast is included daily, and kayaks, bicycles and a barbecue are ready to use. The estate can host beachfront weddings and events for up to 150 guests, and award-winning restaurants are a short walk along the sand.
