The two-storey main house holds the living heart of the villa — an open, air-conditioned living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a TV lounge, with three of the bedrooms arranged above and around it. Wide doors and shaded porches keep the interior and the garden reading as a single space, cooled by the sea breeze. Beyond the house, a lawn runs down toward the beach past a 7.5 m infinity pool edged with sunloungers. A poolside sala and several outdoor dining and seating areas make room for long lunches and slow evenings, with a barbecue for cooking by the water and kayaks for the calm sea out front. Across the garden, two further pavilions hold the remaining en-suite bedrooms, giving couples and families their own quiet corners away from the main house.
