A private coastal estate of rare distinction on Koh Samui's unspoilt Lamai–Hua Thanon shore — two iconic villas set among dramatic granite boulders and coconut palms, with twin 20-metre infinity pools, ten sea-view bedrooms and an outdoor cinema by the sand.

This pair of iconic homes sits along Koh Samui's unspoilt Lamai–Hua Thanon shoreline, framed by granite boulders, coconut palms and uninterrupted ocean vistas in a setting both dramatic and deeply serene. Bookable together as a single fully-staffed estate for up to twenty guests across ten bedrooms, or villa by villa, it is built for multi-generational escapes and refined group gatherings. Each villa is laid out as a pavilion-style composition that celebrates seamless indoor-outdoor living, with natural light and sea breezes flowing throughout — and no cookie-cutter rooms: every bedroom has a sea view and a unique layout shaped around the surrounding rock formations, each with its own freestanding bathtub. Days gather around open-plan dining rooms and high-ceilinged living rooms, then move outdoors to terraces and infinity pools (19.7 and 20 metres) with kid-friendly shallow ends, daybeds and sunset views. Kayaks, SUP boards and a table-tennis table are on hand for the active; a dedicated team — villa manager, private chef, housekeeper and handymen at each villa — looks after the rest. As evening falls, chef-prepared dinners give way to cinematic nights under the stars beneath a poolside projector screen, the famous Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks just along the coast.
