Because each is fully self-contained, they let on their own or combine for any configuration from a single bedroom up to ten, sleeping as many as twenty guests. It is a layout made for extended families and larger groups who want to stay close while keeping a measure of independence, with separate front doors, kitchens, and pools throughout. The four houses share a calm, uniform design — minimalist interiors over polished concrete, softened everywhere by sustainably grown teakwood in the furniture, pool decks, window frames, stair rails, and vaulted roof beams. Each centres on an open living and dining room that opens to the air or seals into cooled comfort, with an integrated kitchen and breakfast bar. Master bedrooms take king beds, balconies, and en-suites with twin basins and a free-standing tub; guest rooms have queen beds and their own bathrooms.
