The setting is quiet and green, with sea views over the treetops, yet it's still a short drive down to the beach, restaurants and the shops and cafés of Fisherman's Village. Four en-suite bedrooms are spread across the villa, each finished with warm timber accents, and the open living room centres on a comfortable lounge with a smart TV alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor salas and a private pool terrace make the most of the hillside position, and free parking is available on site. The access road up to the villa is steep, so guests should be comfortable with that before booking — it's easiest reached by scooter or car rather than on foot, and a 4WD or careful driving is recommended. High-speed fibre WiFi runs throughout, and the villa comes with weekly cleaning on stays of seven nights or longer, plus regular pool cleaning and maintenance. Electricity and water are metered: the nightly rate includes an allowance of 100 kWh of electricity and THB 1,000 of water per stay, with usage beyond that billed at THB 8 per kWh and THB 1,000 per stay respectively (plus 7% VAT), and meters checked at check-in and check-out.
