A sharply modern six-bedroom villa on a green hillside above Choeng Mon, 500 m from the beach and five minutes from Samui Airport. Long horizontal volumes in white concrete and glass step across a 1,000 m² plot, opening onto a 150 m² sun deck and a 15 m infinity pool that reads straight out over the treetops to the Gulf. Six en-suite king suites, a private cinema and a gym, with 600 m² of living space.
Set on a quiet green hillside above Choeng Mon, at the north-east corner of Koh Samui, this villa takes a deliberately architectural line — long low volumes in white concrete and glass, stacked across the slope and cantilevered out toward the view. It sits on a 1,000 m² plot roughly 500 m from the sand at Choeng Mon, with restaurants and cafés a few minutes' walk, the island's north-east beaches close by, and Samui Airport a five-minute drive. The whole seaward face is glazed and openable. Sliding walls disappear into their pockets so the living room, dining area and terrace become a single space that runs from the kitchen island straight out to the pool edge and the horizon beyond. Inside, the palette is restrained and confident: polished micro-cement, white walls, warm timber, sculptural furniture and a black stone kitchen with a breakfast bar and live-edge dining table. Outside, a 15 m infinity pool runs the length of a 150 m² sun deck, edged with sculpted loungers and set against a wall of jungle canopy with the sea beyond. A covered terrace holds a long dining table for twelve and a barbecue against a pebbled feature wall, and there is room on the deck for a full-size table tennis table. The garden is fenced and planted, and the pool — 4 × 15 m and 1.6 m deep throughout — is open year-round. Six bedroom suites are arranged along the glazed elevations, each with a king bed, its own en-suite and either a terrace or a wall of glass to the greenery. The recent renovation carried micro-cement through the bathrooms — floating concrete vanities, twin basins, rain showers and blackened steel details — and several rooms are set up with a desk for anyone working through part of the stay. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and safes throughout. Beyond the bedrooms the house makes room for downtime: a private cinema room for the whole group and a fully equipped gym. Practicalities are covered with a laundry, two parking spaces and fast WiFi, and the management team can arrange a private chef, in-villa spa treatments, airport transfers, a driver, grocery provisioning, baby equipment and boat charters. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly; electricity and water are metered and settled at checkout.
